Intentional

Our wines

Since beginning our winemaking adventure in 2018, we have worked relentlessly to refine our viticulture and winemaking processes to bring you our finest expression of Prosecco. We are now proud to introduce Pro~18, a uniquely perfumed, dry, refreshing Prosecco.

Alcohol: 11.5% (label)pH: 3.3

Color: Pale yellow with green tones.

Perlage: Very fine, persistent.

Perfume: White-fleshed fruits, fragrance of green apple with notes of acacia flowers. Excellent persistence and depth.

Taste: Crisp, balanced acidity; dry, accompanied by savory undertones with only a fresh aftertaste of light, crisp fruits. A remarkable expression of depth.

Pro-18 is a fine accompaniment to all appetizers and a superb aperitif. The excellent and original acid endowment enhance the flavor of crudités and catches of the sea. It is a lovely partner to any celebration.

Our Terroir

The location of our winery was meticulously selected to benefit from air, water, soil and sunlight conditions ideal for Prosecco wine making.

Air

During summer nights, fresh winds descend from the nearby Alps, cooling down the grapes, creating a large temperature differential from the warmth of the daytime, enhancing our Prosecco’s natural perfume.

Water

At 200m (600ft) altitude, our vineyards benefit from fresh afternoon rain as humid air, rising from the nearby Adriatic Sea, condenses nearby the Alps.

Soil

Our vineyards are located on the ancient gravel bed of the Meduna and Cellina rivers. This lean, gravelly, and high-mineral soil provides our prosecco with a dry finish.

Sunlight

We grow our vines on a gentle slope in rigorous east-west files to ensure uniform exposure to sunlight and grape maturation. This contributes to a balanced alcoholic content.

Our approach

Unlike most Prosecco DOC wines, we grow, harvest, age, ferment and bottle at our winery to maintain control over every aspect of production and continuously experiment and improve. Our methods are based on a respectful use of natural resources.
